Overview
These terms govern your use of the Revant Flow website and, where applicable, your participation in a Revant Flow shared direct-mail campaign. Revant Flow is operated by Epic Holding Ventures, LLC. By using this website or purchasing advertising placement, you agree to these terms.
The service
Revant Flow sells advertising placement on a shared, professionally produced oversized postcard distributed to residential mailboxes through USPS Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM). Each campaign features one advertiser per business category. Campaign areas, dates, and formats are confirmed with advertisers before production.
Availability and reservations
Category availability is campaign-specific and is confirmed before payment. An inquiry does not reserve a placement. A placement is reserved once payment is received and confirmed in writing.
Payment
Campaign participation is confirmed through payment before design and production work begins. Specific pricing, payment terms, and any applicable refund terms are provided in writing at the time your category and campaign are confirmed.
Advertiser content
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you provide, including your business information, offers, images, and logos, and you confirm you hold the rights needed for us to reproduce them in print. We may decline content that is unlawful, misleading, or unsuitable for a shared family-facing mailer. Advertisers are asked to approve a proof before production; once approved, changes may not be possible.
No performance guarantee
Revant Flow provides advertising placement and physical distribution. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, calls, customers, sales, or any particular return on investment. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your offer, market conditions, and recipient behavior.
Distribution
Mail is distributed by the United States Postal Service across selected carrier routes. Delivery timing is determined by USPS and may vary. We are not responsible for postal delays or delivery variations outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any campaign is limited to the amount you paid for that campaign placement.
Website use
The content of this website is provided for general information. You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to interfere with its operation.
