When you contact us or ask about campaign availability, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, business category, city or market, and any message you include.

If you become an advertiser, we also collect the materials needed to prepare your placement (for example, your logo, offer, and contact details) and the information required to process payment through our payment provider.

Our website may collect standard technical information such as browser type, device type, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from your IP address, through privacy-focused analytics.

How we use information

• To respond to inquiries and confirm category and campaign availability
• To prepare, produce, and distribute advertising campaigns you participate in

We do not sell your personal information.

Advertiser content that you approve for print (such as your business name, offer, and contact details) is, by nature, distributed publicly on the mailer.

Retention

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and follow up. Advertiser and transaction records are retained as required for accounting, tax, and legal purposes.
